For those who know Pez Seafood, you know that we have a SWAT team of special projects. The following ten people in the Miami office are responsible for keeping the spirit of the company alive. They just finished the Mardi Gras celebration process including a float in the parade, and also working with an outside agency to put new branding and colors on the fleet of trailers.
“It’s great to have this freedom to add just a little, ‘je ne said quoi’ to the corporate culture with special projects. For example, last week, we hosted a group of high-schoolers to our Miami facility to see how seafood is brought in,” said Charlotte Sanchez.
