Process

Not enough people realize that all our products start off as fresh seafood. We do all the processing and breading in house. With six locations closest to you, you get your seafood as quickly as possible – whether its fresh, frozen, or breaded.

It’s a 16 step process, but we will simplify it for you here.

Fresh – how it works. Once we get the seafood from one of our 1,500 vendors, we put it on a truck (or even a plane!) to get it to you quickly. Very little is done to the product, we know you want it – just like nature made it.

Frozen – how it works. We take the fresh seafood and do all the hard work for you. We schuck, skin, de-bone, peel, de-vein, rinse, filet the seafood for you. You are only paying for the portion you can eat. What a great deal.

Breaded – how it works. It starts off like Frozen. There are 7 steps in Frozen – to make sure you are getting the best product. With breaded, there is another 5 steps, depending on what the customer wants. You can get shrimp with Cajun, Japanese, Coconut, Popcorn, or Plain. In a very informal survey in Miami, Coconut is our favorite.
